At Colored Organics®, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code for a printerless drop-off option.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or any secure mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
